Parking Garages

Due to the excessive load that the combination of parking garages and their occupants involve, sinking or cracking foundations are likely if subpar or compressible soil exists underneath the structure.  To combat this problem, many geotechnical construction techniques can be employed.  Compaction grouting can be applied to stabilize sols and decrease the likelihood for soil compression & future movement.  Micropiles, mini-piles, or helical piles can be installed to add compression members to the structure which increase the stability and load bearing capacity of the parking garage.

Gibson’s Pressure Grouting has the knowledge, tools, and resources to enhance or fix problems with any parking garage in the southeast United States.  Contact their geotechnical construction team with years of experience in the commercial, industrial, or municipal industries.
