Gibson's role in this team repair effort was grouting the annular space between the existing pipe and the new PVC liner pipe.  The project required confined space entry and technical pressure grouting to create the the structural component of the new pipe.  A 10,000 PSI cement/flyash grout passed through a colloidal mixer and was pumped over 1000 linear feet.
